As a Concierge for Avery Healthcare, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and queries, ensuring a warm welcome and a lasting positive impression. Your duties include answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing high-quality service to residents. You'll monitor and maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of communal areas like the Bistro, handle administrative tasks, and efficiently manage resident requests. The ideal candidate will embody values of care and respect, possess strong communication and organisational skills, and have some customer service experience. Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.
Other responsibilities will include
- Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
- Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
- Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
- Completing administrative duties as required.

Our ideal candidate must
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to handle multiple priorities.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.

Qualifications
Essential
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, good organisational skills, previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
