The role of the Concierge at Avery Healthcare involves creating a positive first impression by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors. Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.
Other responsibilities will include
- Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
- Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
- Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
- Completing administrative duties as required.

Our ideal candidate must
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to handle multiple priorities.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.

Qualifications
Essential
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, good organizational skills, and previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
