ROLE: Compliance and Client Care CoordinatorLOCATION: LincolnSALARY: £28,000 - £30,000HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to FridayBENEFITS:

This role plays an important part in supporting the Sills & Betteridge's commitment to excellent client care, handling complaints effectively and helping to maintain strong compliance standardsYou will undertake the following but not limited to: Support the investigation and resolution of client complaints.Draft professional complaint responses and maintain accurate records and logs.Produce reports and management information on complaint trends and client feedback.Assist with client care initiatives and continuous improvement activities.Support the review of policies, procedures, accreditations and regulatory requirements.Monitor client feedback and online reviews to help improve service standards. You will enjoy this role if you are: Experience in an administrative, compliance or professional support environment.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong written communication skills and confidence handling sensitive information.Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
