Join Nurseline Community Services to provide compassionate, complex clinical care at home. We are looking for dedicated Complex Physical Health Support Worker to support people living with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, chronic illnesses and long-term health needs directly in their homes, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of our community values.

The Complex Physical Health Support Worker is responsible for delivering person-centered care directly in people’s homes working under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RGNs). This role will be vital in helping people live safely, independently and with dignity.
- Provide personal and clinical care, including respiratory support (oxygen therapy, suctioning, tracheostomy care, CPAP/BiPAP).
- Deliver feeding support (NGT/PEG/gastronomy, pump feeding).
- Support with catheter and stoma care, toileting, continence needs.
- Promote safe mobility, skin integrity and pressure area care.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and wider health professionals.
- 6 months of previous experience in healthcare settings, in community or home-based care supporting people with complex physical healthcare needs.
- Experience supporting people with long-term or life-limiting conditions.
- Good understanding of personal care, mobility support and infection control practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of multidisciplinary team.
- Experience supporting people with eating disorders and complex physical health needs.
- Driving Licence is essential for community work and transport of the people we support.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.

- Strong communication skills and ability to handle complex interpersonal situations compassionately.

- Empathetic and able to manage under pressure.
- Open to feedback and able to incorporate it positively.
- Friendly, understanding, and capable of addressing issues proactively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
