Job description
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting an individual with significant complex care needs. The individual has severe cerebral palsy, developmental delay, chronic lung disease, tracheostomy, epilepsy and a gastrostomy.
