Complex Care Nurse
Location: London / Community Based
Pay: £32-£38 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Flexible / Part-Time initially, with potential to grow

Reed Healthcare at Home are looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RGN) to support and help develop our growing Complex Care service across London.
This is a flexible opportunity for nurses with strong Complex Care experience who can provide clinical oversight, support new care packages and ensure clients receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care in their own homes.
- Complete clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans
- Provide clinical oversight across Complex Care packages
- Support the mobilisation of new care packages
- Deliver clinical training and competency assessments to care staff
- Complete risk assessments, client reviews and clinical audits
- Work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support clinical governance, incident reviews and quality improvement
- Help develop and grow our Complex Care service
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC PIN
- Strong Complex Care, Community Care or Case Management experience
- Experience with complex clinical needs, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation
- PEG feeding
- Spinal injuries
- Neurological conditions
- Experience delivering clinical training and competency assessments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel across London
- Enhanced DBS required
- Domiciliary care or healthcare agency experience
- Previous clinical leadership or management experience
- Understanding of CQC requirements and clinical governance
- Experience supporting adults and/or children with complex healthcare needs
- £32-£38 per hour
