Job summary Due to expansion The Integrated Complex Assessment Team have a vacancy for a Complex Assessment Nurse. The integrated Complex Assessment team is responsible for the assessment and tracking of patients within a (D2A) discharge to assess bed based service within a timely manner relieving the pressures to the acute hospitals.
