Community Support Worker Liverpool £18.00 - £19.00 per hour via Umbrella 3 month contract, opportunity to go permanent | Immediate Start Available Venn Group are recruiting for a Community Support Worker on behalf of a well-established support provider in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional who is passionate about helping vulnerable individuals live independently within the community. You will manage a caseload of approximately 12 service users, providing tailored support to individuals with complex needs who are on their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of around 12 clients living within the community.Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and achieve positive outcomes.Developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments.Providing practical and emotional support to clients with complex needs.Accompanying service users to appointments and external meetings.Working closely with partner agencies and support services to coordinate effective interventions.Maintaining accurate case notes and support records.Promoting wellbeing, tenancy sustainment, independence and community engagement. Essential Requirements
Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs.Understanding of recovery-focused support and person-centred approaches.Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.Confidence in lone working and managing your own caseload.Enhanced DBS covering both Adults and Children.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable.
