Location: LiverpoolJob Type: Part-timeSalary: £12.80 - £16 per hour We are seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to support an adult client's emotional and physical well-being in their home and community settings in Liverpool. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a thorough understanding of safeguarding protocols. Day-to-day of the role:
Provide care in home and community settings for an adult client.Follow the individual care plan closely to ensure safety and a nurturing environment.Monitor and report any changes in the condition of the service user.Adhere to safeguarding protocols and maintain professional conduct at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months care-related experience.Strong awareness of safeguarding principles.Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with the service user, their family, and team members.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Up-to-date DBS Certificate.Right to work in the UK.Must be a car driver due to the nature of the role involving community visits.
