Community Support Worker (Children)
Job Type: Part-timeLocation: Warrington We are seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team in Warrington for part-time weekend work. This role focuses on supporting children within their homes and the community, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being. Day-to-day of the role:
Provide attentive care based on individual care plans, including personal care and community activities.Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to safeguarding protocols.Monitor and report changes in children's conditions to professionals.Travel to homes and community locations as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months UK care-related experience, specifically with children.Strong awareness of safeguarding issues related to children.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Empathetic and committed to high-quality care.An up-to-date DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.
