This post requires the post holder to be able to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and post holders must be able to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.

Qualifications

Desirable: - Hold a recognised teaching and assessment/ mentoring qualification

Experience

Essential: - Post registration Community Nursing Experience; - Clinical team leadership including professional and clinical supervision to staff at a variety of level

Desirable: - Working as part of a multidisciplinary team; - Use of electronic clinical recording system - S1 or similar system
