As a Band 6 Community Nurse / District Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community setting. Working as part of a multi-professional team, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical care that meets the needs of patients and the service. Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (Level 1) with current NMC registration and a commitment to practising in line with the NMC Code of Conduct. Significant post-registration nursing experience, ideally within community, district nursing, or related healthcare settings. Proven ability to lead, support, and motivate colleagues. Experience managing complex caseloads, including patients with long-term conditions, palliative care needs, and multiple co-morbidities. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to meet the travel requirements of the role.
