Clinical IV Nurse Location: Leeds (Community-Based) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive + Company Car + Benefits
We're looking for a registered nurse to deliver specialist care to patients receiving TPN and OPAT in their own homes.
This rewarding community role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, build long-term relationships with patients, and provide expert clinical care, education, and ongoing support that enables patients to manage their treatment safely and confidently.
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients receiving TPN and OPAT.Provide patient and carer education to promote safe self-management.Conduct home visits for therapy initiation, follow-up, and clinical assessment.Monitor treatment, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and manage clinical equipment.Work closely with dietitians, pharmacists, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.Escalate clinical concerns appropriately and maintain high standards of governance and patient safety. About You
Registered Nurse (NMC or NMBI).Minimum one year's post-registration experience.Full UK or Irish driving licence.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Able to work independently and manage your own caseload. What We Offer
