Job summary The Community Dementia Assistant will play an important role within Jewish Cares Community Dementia Team, supporting people living with dementia and their families to remain connected, active and included within their communities. Working 24 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, the postholder will be based primarily at the Sandringham Campus in Hertfordshire, with regular travel across other local hubs and community areas.
