Job description
We are seeking a Clinical Team leader to join Harbour Ward at St Ann's Hospital. This is a leadership role with great opportunities to demonstrate you...
Clinical Team Leaders undertake a dual clinical and leadership role, acting as a deputy for the Ward Manager.
They play a key role in the day-to-day management of ward; are a main point of contact for advice/decisions and will support, supervise and manage staff.
They also assist in the delivery of local and nationally required outcomes and will often be given a lead role to manage in their own right.
You will need to have experience as an RMN and also have completed your supervisor and assessor training.
You will be required to undertake a Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression course, and it is a condition of your employment that you successfully complete all aspects of this course; if this is not achieved you will not be able to commence working in the post.
This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.
