Supporting the day-to-day running of the remote digital clinicLiaising with the Bookings team to communicate and coordinate specific client requirements in preparation for assessmentsProblem-solving logistical issues associated with running a busy remote clinic, including managing clinician absenceSupporting clients and families through the appeals process and managing complaints alongside the Team ManagerOffering clinical support during onboarding of new clinical staff and supporting the team with ongoing skills developmentWorking with the Team Manager to identify and resolve gaps in clinical processesMonitoring resource needs and contributing to the development of new resources to support and enhance the clinicEscalating issues and working with the Team Manager to resolutionOffering clinical support in MDTs for complex casesIdentifying training needs within the teamProviding line management to a small group of clinicians, Assistant Psychologists, and Clinical Support WorkersConducting Quality Assurance checks on clinical diagnostic reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to professional standardsDelivering high-quality diagnostic assessments alongside team leadership responsibilitiesWorking collaboratively with HR and the Team Manager to plan, coordinate, and participate in the interview process for clinical roles

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 3 years professional registration with one of the following regulatory bodies: HCPC (Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, or Occupational Therapist), NMC (Mental Health Nurse,

Learning Disability Nurse, General Nurse, or Children's Nurse), GMC (Medical Practitioner), or Social Work England (Social Worker)Minimum of 2 years experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young peopleExperience in delivering clinical supervisionExperience supporting service delivery and workflow managementStrong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentationsIn-depth knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism and ADHDTrained and experienced in the use of diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-REffective time management and organisation skills to support the wider team alongside managing personal caseload demandsAbility to work collaboratively within teams across the businessWell-developed communication skills to liaise effectively with different stakeholdersMust be eligible to work in the UK
