Clinical Systems Technician (SystmOne)

HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Clinical Systems Technician (SystmOne), offering a permanent hybrid-based role with a salary of £30,000 plus group pension. The role involves supporting and maintaining the portfolio of clinical systems with a focus on TPP SystmOne and involves dealing with incidents, configuration queries, and record management activities. It also includes becoming an expert in Hybrid Mail services. Strong communication skills, a methodical problem-solving approach, and clear record-keeping are essential. This customer-facing role involves remote support to maintain work-life balance and requires occasional travel to various sites.
