- Maintain high standards of data quality and governance, supporting accurate and consistent record keeping, performance monitoring, regulatory reporting and compliance with information governance requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues across Acorns, providing training and system support, understanding their data and digital needs, and using your expertise to support continuous improvement across our services.
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in Business Management, Health, Social Care, Data/Analytics or another relevant field
- Experience of working with data within a healthcare, social care, charity or education environment
- Experience supporting development, configuration or optimisation of SystmOne functionality
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (including using formulas, data validation, charts & reporting)
- Able to train and support users in the effective use of clinical and digital systems
- £28,050 to £29,582 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week
- Based in your nearest Acorns Hospice (Birmingham, Walsall or Worcester)

- Discounts on refurbished tech
- Health cash plan
- Gym membership and equipment discount scheme
- Bike2Work scheme - save up to 42% on bikes and equipment
- Wellbeing, legal and financial support
- Career development through our Acorns Academy offering leadership, coaching, fundraising, clinical training and more.
- Generous contribution to group personal pension plan (7.5%) or continuation of current NHS pension scheme
- NHS pension scheme life assurance or Acorns group life assurance scheme
- Annual leave entitlement increases with length of service
