You will assist with patient hygiene needs, toileting, nutritional intake, assisting patients with their mobility and physical comfort and monitoring and recording vital signs.
You will have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work using your own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
In conjunction with registered staff, you'll contribute to the assessment of patient's activities of daily living and the care required.

Education / Qualifications
Essential
- Functional Skills or GSCE Math's and English or equivalent
- Care Certificate
- Relevant competency based workbooks or equivalent relevant experience to vocational qualification level 3 and Essential Skills for Clinical Support Workers
Skills/ Abilities
Essential
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Venepuncture/phlebotomy skills
- Able to concentrate for clinical and personal care procedures of predictable and unpredictable nature including emergency situations.
