Job summary We are delighted to advertise the opportunity to undertake a 12 month secondment/fixed term Specialist Practitioner Nutrition and Hydration Nurse or AHP. The Trust is looking for a clinician with significant experience working with patients with complex nutrition and hydration requirements.
