Clinical Services Manager

The Clinical Services Manager role at Elysium Healthcare involves overseeing high quality, patient-centered care at the Barnet Lane Clinic- Centre of Excellence. The successful candidate will be a registered healthcare professional with experience as a Ward Manager or a similar role, ideally with experience in mental health. Key responsibilities include ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with relevant legislation. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the capacity to build a supportive team culture focused on compassion and collaboration. As part of the responsibilities, the Clinical Services Manager will provide leadership, monitor clinical performance, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, manage staff levels, lead recruitment and retention efforts, and participate in audits for continuous learning and service development. The position also entails deputising for the Hospital Director and participating in the on-call rota.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Services Manager to join the team at Barnet Lane Clinic- Centre of Excellence to oversee the delivery of high quality, patient centred care.

The successful applicant will be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, AHP or similar) with previous experience working as a Ward Manager or in a similar role and ideally with experience of working with people with mental health needs.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation and contractual requirements.

Elysium’s Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models.
