Job summary We are looking for a pharmacist to join our growing clinical pharmacy team who wants to develop their knowledge and skills in a variety of clinical specialities. In this post, you will be expected to perform medicine reconciliations, screen drug charts and work alongside multi-disciplinary teams in ensuring that patients get the best care.
