Clinical Nurse Specialist – Reproductive Medicine Unit

As a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist in Fertility Preservation, you will provide expert nursing care and support to patients referred for fertility preservation, ensuring they receive timely, compassionate and individualised care throughout their treatment journey. You will act as a key point of contact for patients and families, delivering specialist information, coordinating complex pathways and facilitating rapid access to treatment.

Working closely with consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will support seamless care across fertility preservation and reproductive medicine services. The role requires excellent communication, organisational and clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical governance activities, whilst supporting education and training initiatives within the department. The successful candidate will be patient-focused, adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high standards of care and improving the experience and outcomes of patients accessing fertility preservation and reproductive medicine services.

Knowledge & Qualifications
