Line managing a team of clinicians and non-clinicians in the homeless intermediate care team
Support the band 8a clinical operations manager in service improvement and continuous development of the team.
Work with the NCL acute hospital trusts in supporting homeless patients in their journey from admission to discharge
Education/teaching to acute trusts about homelessness and the procedures from hospital
Manage a caseload of complex patients both in hospital and in the community across NCL

Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential: - NMC adult registered nurse; - Knowledge of the particular issues that characterise the provision of health services to vulnerable groups and homeless persons
Desirable: - Leadership qualification; - Service development and quality improvement
Experience
Essential
- Substantial experience managing complex caseloads of a team
- Experience working in the homelessness sector
- Experience of line management and leadership of teams and services
Desirable
- Demonstrate knowledge of complex discharge procedures and flow
- Experience working with people with co-occurring mental health and substance misuse problems and physical health
Skills and Abilities

- Proven ability to develop effective working relationships with members of multidisciplinary teams and staff at all levels across networks
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
