Salary: £26,463.80 per annumLocation: RuncornWorking pattern: Full-Time, Permanent — Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (40 hours per week)About UsWe are a growing Distance Selling Pharmacy (DSP) based in Runcorn, providing safe, efficient, and patient-focused healthcare services across the UK. As part of our expanding weight loss service, we are looking for an organised Logistics Assistant to support the timely and accurate dispatch of patient medication and supplies.The RoleThe Clinic Logistics Assistant plays a key role in ensuring weight loss treatment orders are processed, packed, and dispatched efficiently. Working closely with the pharmacy, prescribing, and customer service teams, you will help maintain a smooth patient experience while meeting company procedures and quality standards.What You'll Be Doing Pack and prepare weight loss medication orders for dispatchEnsure all shipments are accurately labelled and packaged in line with company proceduresCoordinate daily courier collections and monitor deliveriesReceive, unpack, and organise stock deliveriesSupport stock control, including stock counts and inventory managementMaintain accurate records of dispatched orders and inventory movementsInvestigate and resolve delivery issues, delays, and tracking queriesHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and packing environmentLiaise with pharmacy and customer service teams on order statusFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), health and safety requirements, and data protection regulations What You'll BringEssential: Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or fulfilment operationsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work accurately under daily volume pressureGood IT skills, including experience using inventory or order management systemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to prioritise workload and meet daily deadlines Desirable: Experience working within a healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environmentKnowledge of courier management and shipment tracking systemsUnderstanding of stock control and inventory processesExperience supporting e-commerce or distance-selling operations What's On Offer Monday to Friday working hours — no weekendsSupportive and friendly team environmentFull training and ongoing development opportunitiesCareer progression within a growing healthcare organisationEnhanced company pension scheme25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays Additional InformationWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.You may have experience of the following: Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Operative, Dispatch Assistant, Fulfilment Assistant, Stock Control Assistant, Order Fulfilment Operative, Pharmacy Warehouse Assistant, Distribution Assistant, Packing and Dispatch AssistantREF-230 053
