Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
A medical clinic in Victoria is seeking a dedicated Clinic Coordinator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in a clinical or therapy-based environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-profile setting.
Please note: this position operates on a shift rota, which includes some evening and weekend work.
- Managing bookings for treatments and procedures.
- Handling incoming calls and responding to email enquiries efficiently.
- Delivering an exceptional customer and patient experience throughout their visit.
- Promoting and selling skincare product ranges.
- Providing operational support to dermal therapists and the wider medical team.
- Taking ownership of duties and responsibilities during designated shifts.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a clinic environment and/or beauty therapy, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
