Operational Delivery & Efficiency: Complete daily shift plans within agreed timescales while adhering to approved Trust methods and recognized procedures.
Hygiene & Compliance Standards: Ensure continuous compliance with updated NHS Cleaning Guidelines, active participation in the Cleanliness in Hospitals Programme, and strict adherence to Trust Health and Safety policies.
Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly departmental performance audits to consistently achieve and maintain high Trust standards.
Waste Management & Safety: Execute correct waste segregation and disposal procedures in full alignment with the Trust waste disposal policy

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential: - Ability to work without direct supervision.; - Previous cleaning experience; - Good standard of communication written and spoken English
Desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning guidelines
- Previous Hotel Services experience
- NHS experience
- Understanding of COSHH. Understanding of the NHS Cleaning Standards.
Qualifications
Essential: - A-C GCSE or equivalent; - Good standard of communication written and spoken English
Desirable: - NVQ Level 2
Experience
Essential: - Previous cleaning experience
Desirable: - Previous NHS experience
