You will be working directly with children and young people experiencing emotional and social difficulties, helping them build life skills, pursue education, and achieve positive personal outcomes.

This opening is an ideal match for individuals who have worked as a Youth Worker, Support Worker, Therapeutic Support Worker, Family Support Worker, Residential Childcare Worker, Youth Mentor, or Key Worker.

How you will make a difference

What you will bring

Care Commitment: Previous experience in residential childcare is desirable, or a strong commitment to complete your NVQ Level 3 Diploma.

Resilient Mindset: A calm, empathetic, and structured approach to managing complex behaviours.

Licensing: A full UK driving licence is strongly preferred to support young people on local activities.
