You will actively involve children, young people and their families in goal setting, care planning and therapeutic interventions, ensuring a family-centred approach to care.

You will contribute to multidisciplinary assessments, attend review meetings and provide professional reports relating to children's physical development and functional abilities.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring outcomes and providing statistical information as required. The post holder will also contribute to service development, quality improvement projects, audit and research activities, helping to shape and enhance services for children and young people.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised degree in Physiotherapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience of working with children is essential, together with excellent communication, organisational and clinical reasoning skills.
