Build positive, trauma-informed relationships

with children, young people, families and professionals.

Provide high-quality physical, emotional and

practical support in a safe and nurturing environment.

Support children and young people to achieve

positive outcomes in education, life skills and personal development.

Contribute to care plans, maintain accurate

records and prepare reports for families and professional agencies.

Promote safeguarding and wellbeing through

effective risk assessment and safe working practices.

Work collaboratively as part of a

multi-disciplinary team to deliver therapeutic care and support plans.

Our service which operates all year round 24/7 and your shift pattern will include some bank holidays, weekends and sleep in duties. Enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
