As a Children's Home Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing day-to-day care and emotional support to children living in the home. You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued and understood. Your role will include:
- Supporting children with their health and wellbeing needs.
- Encouraging engagement in education and recreational activities.
- Helping children work towards their individual care plans.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
