- Seeking Band 6 children's nurses with motivation to work in our Children's Community Nursing Service.
- Requires the ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative nursing team.
- Involvement in acute and long-term condition treatments and teaching.
- Experienced and competent in the safe administration of intravenous (IV) medications.
- Car driver with a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.

Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Children's Nurse and Supervisor/Assessor qualification
- Intravenous medication certificate and competency.
Desirable
- Cytotoxic medication administration competency
Experience
Essential
- Experience of safeguarding procedures with children/families and young people
- Post registration experience in a range of settings
Desirable
- Relevant community experience
Skills and Abilities
Essential
- Demonstrate ability to work independently showing initiative and decision making.
Desirable
- Competent in the use of enteral feeding devices and central venous access devices.
Other
Essential
- Have a current driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
