Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker (Children & Young People) Location: Carlisle, Penrith and Kendal Hours: Flexible (Part-time / Ad-hoc)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1:1 with young people, providing mentorship and vital respite for their families.Why this role works for you:Total Flexibility: We have Long Day shifts with Sleep-in Package availableVariety: Work across different caseloads with shifts ranging from 1-3 service users a day.Impact: Help young people build confidence through social activities and community engagement.What we need from you:Driving is Mandatory: You must have a full license and access to your own vehicle.Experience: Prior work with children/young people or mental health/LD is essential.Availability: Ability to cover Day & Night shifts is highly desirable.P.S. This role mandates a minimum of 36.5 hours per week.
