Own and manage the organisational Change Request and BAU change pipeline, overseeing intake, triage, assessment and prioritisation. Coordinate Change ...

Demonstrable experience managing change requests, work backlogs or delivery pipelines, ideally within a structured governance environment.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently across technical, clinical, operational and corporate teams.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a pragmatic approach to resolving delivery, resource and priority conflicts.

Good understanding of change management, change lifecycles and service transition, with an appreciation of software delivery, infrastructure and operational services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.

A degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience, alongside evidence of professional development in change, project delivery or service management. A formal Change Management qualification such as APMG Change Management would be desirable.

Desirable: Experience within healthcare, the NHS or another regulated sector, alongside knowledge of ITIL, change control, release management, clinical safety, information governance and cyber security. Experience with tools such as Monday.com, Azure DevOps or Jira would also be advantageous.

We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join Cora Health's IMT team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based at our Newcastle Head Office with hybrid working, you'll take ownership of the organisation's Change Request (CR) and Business as Usual (BAU) change portfolio, ensuring change is effectively assessed, prioritised, governed and delivered through to operational transition. You'll act as a central point of coordination across business, clinical, operational and technology teams, helping to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value activities while changes are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with our governance, security and clinical safety requirements.
