They will deliver high-quality CBT interventions in line with recognised clinical guidelines, adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of service users and ensuring that care is informed by the latest evidence-based practice.The role also includes providing psychological consultation, advice, and support to the wider multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development of psychologically informed care across the service.The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance clinical understanding, support case formulation, and promote best practice in the assessment and treatment of complex mental health presentations.They will contribute to service development, clinical governance, and the continuous improvement of patient outcomes.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
Qualifications
Essential: - Postgraduate qualification in cognitive behavioural therapy
Desirable: - BABCP accreditation; - Working with interpreters; - Working across a variety of mental health settings
Qualifications
Essential: - Skills in assessment and intervention in CBT across the mental health spectrum, including psychosis.
