As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £19.50 per hour
This position involves an average of 20 hours per week, including day shifts and waking night shifts.
Shift patterns are
8am until 3pm – Monday to Sunday
3pm – 10pm – Monday to Sunday
10pm – 8am – Monday to Sunday
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
Support with personal care
Support with nutritional intake via Gastrostomy
Support to maintain a safe environment
Administering medication when required
Supporting with our clients sensory needs and regulation
What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need
Must have a qualification in British sign language
A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication skills
A genuine desire to support others
Basic IT and record-keeping skills
Experience supporting people with a learning disability and challenging behaviour would be an advantage but not essential.

We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a young lady who is deaf & blind and has learning disabilities based in London, SW18 area.
Must have a qualification in British sign language

- You’ll spend your whole shift with one person, no travelling between sites, just focused, meaningful support.
