Being part of our wider team means our Care Navigators are highly valued and work alongside a welcoming culture with strong values.

  • Handling and processing prescriptions.
  • Deal with requests for home visits.
  • Process e-mails received into the Practice.
  • Register new patients on to the clinical system.

  • Respond to tasks and queries from the practice team.
  • Input patient data into the clinical system.
  • Scanning of patient information and documentation.

  • Deal with conflict and work with patients to ensure their needs are met in line with practice protocol.
  • Ensure that the reception and waiting area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Provide additional cover for annual leave and sickness absence.
  • Any other tasks allocated by Managers or clinical staff.
  • Open or lock up the building when required.
  • Work occasional Saturday mornings.

The Pendle Medical Partnership works hard to provide a friendly, efficient, and caring service where the needs of our patients come first and foremost. Each one of us will work to ensure that each patient is treated courteously and with respect and receives the highest standard of care we can provide within the resources available to us.
