Care Home Deputy Manager

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager to join their award-winning team at the Acer Court Care Home in Nottingham. The role focuses on supporting the General Manager to ensure compliance and effective operation of a person-centred care home, providing a safe and caring environment for residents. Responsibilities include leadership and management of staff, adherence to medication policies, monitoring resident wellbeing, conducting audits and reports, and attending clinical meetings. The candidate should embody the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Required qualifications include a minimum of two years experience in a similar management role, excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and adaptability.

Your focus as Care Home Deputy Manager will be to support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person-centred care home which provides a safe, caring and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors, whilst meeting stringent professional and statutory standards and commercial performance targets.
