You could also be someone with solid experience of working on the frontline looking for the next step in your career and wanting to make a difference in a more administrative based role. Either way we would love to speak to individuals with direct knowledge and experience of caring for others.What you'll be doing:Coordinating care visits and rotasSupporting Care Workers with schedules and availabilityLiaising with clients, families and healthcare professionalsManaging referrals and service changesAssisting with payroll administration and compliance processesWhat we're looking for:Strong organisational and communication skillsPrevious experience within domiciliary careAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, positive and team-focused approachFull driving licence and access to a vehicleWhy join us???
