Job Title: Care Coordinator Full Time / Part Time Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum + on call and care remuneration Job Type: Full time / Part-Time - Permanent Watra Care specialises in providing domiciliary care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham ,Sandwell and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistantsCoordinating care packages - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidentsCreating and maintaining rotas using our Rota softwareDealing with new customer enquiries Requirements:
