We are recruiting for an established and growing domiciliary care provider based in Chessington, seeking an organised, motivated and personable individual to join its friendly and supportive management team.
The company delivers over 5,000 hours of domiciliary care each month, supporting individuals in their own homes across Epsom, Dorking, Leatherhead and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, established service where you'll play an important role in coordinating care, supporting staff and ensuring service users receive reliable, high-quality support.

This is primarily an office-based position, although you'll also participate in a paid on-call rota and occasionally provide emergency care-call cover when required.
You will either
Have previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Care Scheduler or Rota Coordinator within domiciliary care.
OR
Be an experienced carer or Senior Care Assistant within domiciliary care who is looking to progress into a more office-based role within the care sector.
Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards achieving this qualification.

Ideally, you'll live in Chessington or within easy commuting distance, including Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, Epsom, Tolworth, Worcester Park or New Malden.
Whether you're an established Care Coordinator looking for a fresh challenge or an experienced carer ready to take your career in a new direction, we'd love to hear from you.
