Experience
Desirable
- Experience of working within the NHS or general practice
- Experience in working with SystmOne
- Experience in processing referrals and use of Gateway.

Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum level 2 Maths and English or equivalent experience (GCSE Grade C or Grade 4 or above)

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numeracy, administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand and observe strict confidentiality
