Reed are recruiting on behalf of our client for compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join their care team. Care Support Workers play a vital role in promoting dignity, respect and wellbeing, while ensuring consistently high standards of care. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals, reporting to senior staff and management as required. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents’ emotional, cultural and social needsProvide physical assistance where required, in line with individual care plansPromote dignity, compassion and respect at all timesRespond appropriately to residents’ changing needsBuild positive and professional relationships with residents, families and visitorsWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of careComply with current care legislation and professional standards set by the Care Inspectorate and SSSC Requirements
