About You We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives. To be successful in this role you should have:

A Level 2 qualification (or above) in Health & Social Care.Previous experience working within a residential or nursing care setting.A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting residents.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A reliable, organised and professional attitude.The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining accurate care records.A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
