As a Care Assistant in complex care, your role involves helping residents at a Barchester complex care home enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. You will support residents with a variety of needs, such as advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington's disease. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing meaningful moments and memories. You'll perform tasks like supporting residents with their meals, following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-on-one time.
