Care Assistant - Complex Care

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester complex care home in Swansea, you'll be dedicated to ensuring residents receive high-quality care every day. You'll support residents with advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, Huntington's disease, and more. You will be assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, and ensuring residents have meaningful engagements. You are expected to have experience in caring for older persons, possess a can-do attitude, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. As a Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time.
