As a Care Assistant at Barchester care home, you'll aid residents in enjoying each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, provide support, companionship, and share great moments and memories. Every day offers a chance to put dedication and compassion into a fulfilling environment, undertaking varied and rewarding tasks. This role includes supporting residents with their food, drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-on-one time. To join, you'll need some experience caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills.
