This role will work a mixture of days and nights with rotational weekends depending on the need in the home. As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments too. Put your dedication and compassion to use in a fulfilling environment. You could support residents with food and drink, follow care plans, and ensure one-to-one time for all residents. It's a chance to put your skills to meaningful use and develop your career.
