As a Care Assistant at Barchester care home, you will be responsible for supporting the daily living activities of residents to ensure they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your role includes providing companionship, assisting with food and drink, following care plans, and spending one-on-one time with residents. Each day offers varied and rewarding experiences, allowing you to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
