As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will be tasked with helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This role involves assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories with the residents. It's an opportunity to bring dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. The role is varied and rewarding, requiring you to undertake different tasks such as supporting residents with their meals, following care plans, and providing one-to-one time with residents.
